職務内容

  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for Japan across commercial and corporate functions
  • Manage a steady annual hiring volume with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Operate in a performance-driven environment requiring speed, accuracy, and accountability
  • Collaborate with APAC and global Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Drive direct sourcing and proactive hiring, with limited reliance on agencies
  • Balance hands-on execution with effective stakeholder management and advisory support

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder partnership
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience hiring across both commercial and corporate roles is preferred
