職務内容

  • Coordinate daily project activities across project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage and update project schedules, plans, and tracking tools to keep projects on time
  • Drive documentation processes by recording decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up
  • Maintain and organise all project records in line with internal standards and best practices
  • Compile and analyse project data, delivering accurate reports and performance metrics
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies to avoid delays
  • Support cost control by tracking budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Act as a key point of contact, handling client and stakeholder inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Deliver high-quality customer support through clear communication via email and phone
  • Assist in creating pricing and cost proposals in collaboration with the sales team
  • Manage invoice submissions and project reports, ensuring timely follow-up with clients
  • Improve processes by contributing to workflow enhancements and standardised templates
  • Promote and operate digital tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, and NetSuite for collaboration
  • Ensure consistency and structure in file management and project documentation systems

理想の人材

  • Fluent in Japanese and English proficiency for effective global communication
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, ideally within technical or hardware-related industries
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or NetSuite is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Basic technical understanding or troubleshooting skills are preferred
