職務内容

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure that supports a sophisticated analytics platform.Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance ETL and data processing pipelines on cloud platforms
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable delivery of analytics data to internal stakeholders
  • Own data quality validation, regression testing, and analytics output verification
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering, customer support, and platform reliability teams
  • Troubleshoot production issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes, workflow automation, and infrastructure enhancements
  • Leverage generative AI and AI-powered development tools to improve engineering efficiency
  • Support data governance, monitoring, and operational best practices
  • Participate in Scrum-based development and cross-functional planning activities

理想の人材

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience developing data pipelines, analytics platforms, or related systems
  • Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting ETL/data pipelines, particularly within cloud environments
  • Strong programming and scripting skills using Python, SQL, and shell scripting
  • Understanding of analytics concepts such as sessions, conversion tracking, and user behavior analysis
  • Experience using generative AI tools and AI agents in day-to-day development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to execution
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Proven ownership mindset with experience driving initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed and asynchronous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Spark, or managed data processing solutions
  • Experience using Databricks or comparable data platforms
  • Knowledge of Spark performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Experience with workflow orchestration and CI/CD tools
  • Understanding of data modeling and analytics-focused ETL architecture
  • Experience in data quality assurance, regression testing, and validation frameworks
  • Background in data analytics or data-driven product environments
  • Track record of leveraging AI frameworks and automation tools to improve engineering productivity and data quality
