Backend Engineer | Build Real-Time Fraud Defense

職務内容

  • Develop backend software solutions within a distributed microservices architecture.
  • Design, code, test, maintain, and enhance software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
  • Take ownership of production services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug fixes.
  • Build secure, reusable, and maintainable code aligned with technical specifications and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Partner with product and design stakeholders to deliver an excellent user experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system performance, scalability, and reliability.



理想の人材

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong coding skills in Golang, Java, or another major programming language.
  • Experience developing applications within a microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
  • Business-level English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based workflows, GoCD, or similar).
  • Experience with databases such as Redis, Cassandra, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience building asynchronous systems and working with message brokers such as Kafka or similar technologies.
