This role leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for regular system releases, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through sign‑off. You'll work closely with Japanese‑speaking business users, an APAC Test Manager, and an offshore development team to drive quality and release readiness.

職務内容

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead UAT activities with business users for regular releases
  • Act as the primary bridge between Japanese‑speaking business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Track test execution progress and clearly report status, risks, and release readiness
  • Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, with supporting documentation in Confluence
  • Work closely with development teams, including an offshore team in India, to ensure timely fixes and re‑testing
  • Communicate test outcomes, issues, and go/no‑go status to stakeholders
  • Prepare UAT documentation, evidence, and status reports
  • Continuously improve UAT processes, quality standards, and reporting practices



理想の人材

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA, with hands‑on UAT leadership
  • Solid understanding of the testing lifecycle and best practices
  • Practical experience using JIRA / Confluence for defect and test management
  • Business‑level Japanese proficiency and strong English communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across local, regional, and offshore teams
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in reporting and follow‑up
