In this role, you will focus on three key areas within HR: Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding for the business in Japan. You will work with regional stakeholders to develop, improve and monitor the talent acquisition process in Japan to improve talent attraction as well as retention across the business.
