Coordinating Specialist for a medical company, mainly ensuring effective case management and optimal healthcare delivery.

This Order Procssing Specialist is the responsibility of all customer oder related job, handling for Japan domestic delivery, communicating with customers and internal dept. to ensure the on-time delivery and make invoices.

My client is looking for a leader who can help with managing the CS staff and report to the Operations Manager. You will essentially act as a "Second in Command".
Team Size: 10 temporary staff, 4 permanent staff (All ladies), this is the team you will be managing. The team is relatively stable but some of the temp staff do not consistently come to the office every day, so there may be an opportunity to help rebuild the team.

As the National Sales Manager, you will lead the sales and customer service teams to drive revenue growth, optimize sales operations, and strengthen market penetration in Japan.
