Senior Accountant role to support the Accounting Sr. Manager closely | Career growth opportunity, hybrid working available

Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes within the organisation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations and communicate with the regional CFO and the oversea HQ. Manage a team of accountants, provide financial guidance to senior management, and contribute to strategic decision-making based on financial data and analysis.

Key responsibilities include overall management of daily operations such as tax calculations, COGS accounts, month- and year-end closing and inventory transactions, while leading 3 team members, establishing proper accounting methods, and coordinating annual audits. Projects focus on implementing paperless and digital accounting solutions, simplifying processes, integrating and upgrading systems, and developing new business processes and schemes.

As Manager of the AP Accountant team, you support Controllers within the company by providing information and collaborating with Treasury and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate payment processing. This includes managing daily invoice processing, payment schedules, and assisting with audits, while also taking a lead on SAP and module implementation projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounts receivable, documenting bills, and managing supporting documentation. Additionally, tasks involve updating financial records using accounting software and assisting with the analysis of financial statements and preparation of balance sheets.
