  • 日本法人における人事機能全体の統括（HRBP、採用、労務、制度運用など）
  • 経営層や各部門責任者との連携による組織戦略・人材戦略の推進
  • エグゼクティブ採用および重要ポジションの採用リード
  • Employee Relationsやパフォーマンス課題への対応
  • グローバルおよびAPAC HRチームとの連携
