Job Description

  • Oversee all daily laboratory testing operations, ensuring high quality and timely service delivery
  • Manage non‑production activities, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal and global teams
  • Lead, train, and develop Medical Technology staffs
  • Monitor operational performance, quality indicators, and department performance reporting
  • Support client visits, audits, and inquiries, ensuring responsive and accurate communication
  • Promote process improvement initiatives, including efficiency and quality enhancement programs

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in a clinical laboratory environment
  • Experience in management, team lead or team supervision
  • Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Science, or Medical Technology (Master's/PhD would be a plus)
  • Business level in both Japanese and English
  • Able to work in the lab in Saitama, Japan
