Job Description

  • PC・モバイル端末のキッティング、設定、交換対応
  • 社内ユーザーからのIT問い合わせ対応および障害切り分け
  • ハードウェア・ソフトウェア・ネットワーク関連のトラブルシューティング
  • 海外ITチームやベンダーとの調整、エスカレーション対応
  • ITマニュアル・FAQ作成、新入社員向けオンボーディング支援

The Successful Applicant

  • 社内ヘルプデスクまたはITサポート経験をお持ちの方
  • PC・モバイルデバイス管理や資産管理の経験がある方
  • Microsoft 365、Windows環境でのサポート経験をお持ちの方
  • 流暢な日本語能力をお持ちの方
  • 英語でのメール・チャット・会議対応が可能な方
