Join a global enterprise software provider as a Portfolio Pre-Sales Consultant, supporting financial institutions across Japan with financial crime, fraud, AML and compliance solutions. You will work closely with sales and customers throughout the sales cycle, from requirements gathering and solution positioning through demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses and PoC execution.

Job Description

  • Work closely with account executives throughout the enterprise sales cycle
  • Understand customer business, regulatory and technical requirements
  • Position solutions against customer needs and competitive alternatives
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and solution workshops
  • Lead and support Proof of Concept and technical validation activities
  • Prepare and respond to RFI and RFP requirements
  • Translate customer requirements into appropriate solution proposals
  • Engage with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, professional services and regional teams



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solutions consulting or sales engineering
  • Knowledge of financial crime, AML, fraud, compliance or related financial services solutions
  • Experience working with banks or financial institutions preferred
  • Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills
  • Experience delivering demonstrations, workshops or PoCs
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
  • Native or business-level Japanese
  • Business-level English for communication with global teams
