Job Description

  • Lead the architecture, design, development, and operation of high‑traffic backend systems, leveraging 5+ years of technical lead experience to drive complex technical decisions.
  • Deliver scalable and maintainable features end‑to‑end-covering design, coding, testing, release, and production troubleshooting-with 5+ years of Java/Spring Boot and REST API development experience.
  • Oversee project execution, guide engineers, and ensure high‑quality output while managing system monitoring, incident investigation, and operational tasks.
  • Utilize strong hands‑on experience with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and Linux-based development, along with business‑level English communication.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership in complex backend architecture, consistently making sound technical decisions and guiding teams toward scalable, high‑quality solutions.
  • Possesses deep hands‑on expertise with modern backend technologies (Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, CI/CD, containers) and a proven ability to operate reliably in high‑traffic, production environments.
  • Communicates effectively in English, collaborates smoothly across functions, and proactively addresses challenges through data‑driven problem‑solving.
  • Shows ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset, thriving in fast‑paced environments where reliability, performance, and system growth are top priorities.
