Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders and employees on a broad range of HR matters
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Advise managers on employee relations and workplace challenges
  • Drive annual HR processes, including performance reviews and compensation cycles
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to align people strategies
  • Analyse HR data and insights to support business decision-making



The Successful Applicant

  • 3 to 8 years of HR experience, ideally within HRBP or HR Generalist functions
  • Experience partnering with managers and supporting employee lifecycle activities
  • Knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, or organisational development
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to utilise HR insights effectively
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
  • Experience within technology, manufacturing, engineering, or multinational environments is advantageous
