Job Description

  • Develop machine learning models for ad delivery optimization, including CTR/CVR prediction, pricing optimization, and creative performance enhancement.
  • Design and execute experiments such as A/B testing and bandit-based optimization to measure, validate, and improve model performance.
  • Build and maintain production-ready ML pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and MLOps processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, deliver actionable insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning model development and evaluation.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based analytics platforms such as BigQuery, Spark, GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Able to communicate in buisness level Japanese and fluent English
