Job Description

  • Provide L3 application support for Python-based trading and risk management systems, ensuring platform stability and business continuity.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while managing issues through to full remediation.
  • Partner with traders and business stakeholders to address operational issues, support requests, and system enhancements.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve support efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of application support experience, preferably within investment banking or financial services environments.
  • Strong Python skills with hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting directly with traders and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage production incidents, work under pressure, and drive issues through to resolution.
