Job Description

  • 顧客対応や取引処理などの日常オペレーション管理
  • モニタリングやレビューを含む業務プロセスの運用・改善
  • 資産管理や関連オペレーションの管理サポート
  • 銀行チャネルを通じた入出金業務の対応
  • 外部パートナーおよび社内関係者との連携
  • チームの指導・育成およびパフォーマンス管理
  • 新規施策や業務改善プロジェクトへの関与

The Successful Applicant

  • オペレーション業務経験（金融または関連業界歓迎）
  • 規制環境や業界知識に対する基本的な理解
  • マネジメント経験またはリーダーシップスキル
  • 業務システムやツールの活用能力
  • 日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力
  • 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方
  • 関連資格をお持ちの方は歓迎
