Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain risk and fraud detection backend services
  • Develop and optimise low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers across teams
  • Ensure services meet security, reliability, and observability standards
  • Contribute to technical design and architectural decision-making

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
  • Experience with distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimisation
  • Background maintaining and improving production codebases
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
