Job Description

【IT Support】として以下のことを担当していただきます！：

  • 技術的なトラブルシューティングと解決
  • 新システムの導入および設定サポート
  • ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応とトレーニングの実施
  • データセキュリティの確保と管理
  • 外部ベンダーとの調整および交渉
  • システムパフォーマンスの監視および改善
  • 最新技術の導入に向けた提案と実行

The Successful Applicant

スキルと経験

  • ３年以上のIT Supportとしての実務経験
  • POSに関するサポート経験
  • ネットワークおよびサーバーに関する知識
  • エンドユーザーサポートの経験
  • チケッティングシステム人関する知識・経験



言語力

  • 流暢な日本語
  • ビジネスレベルの英語
