Job Description

  • Define architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year roadmaps
  • Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions
  • Lead solution architecture for large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Assess current-state applications, integrations, and technology landscapes
  • Drive architecture governance and technology decision-making
  • Collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect
  • Strong experience developing architecture strategy, blueprints, and roadmaps
  • Enterprise architecture and business transformation experience
  • Software development background with strong technical depth
  • Ability to engage with both business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud, APIs, integration, and modern enterprise platforms
  • Business-level English
  • Basic conversational Japanese or above
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
