Job Description

  • Lead UX and UI design activities from discovery and concept develoapment through final delivery and implementation.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to define requirements and translate user needs into effective solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality experiences across products.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of UX/UI Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and shipped products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese users, customer expectations, and local market behaviors, combined with business-level English communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
