Job Description

  • Gather and clarify requirements with trading, operations, finance, risk, and back‑office IT teams
  • Document business requirements and work closely with development teams through implementation
  • Coordinate and support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Manage project scope, quality, timelines, and delivery milestones
  • Develop project plans and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple workstreams and manage issues and dependencies
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalate issues when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 2-10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Business‑level fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed gap analysis across multiple systems
  • Experience with financial products across multiple asset classes
  • Solid understanding of the IT project lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
  • Database knowledge and basic SQL skills
