Job Description

  • 顧客からの問い合わせ対応（電話・メール・リモート）
  • 技術的な問題の調査およびトラブルシューティング
  • 課題の進捗管理および顧客への状況共有
  • 製品利用に関する技術的アドバイスの提供
  • 社内開発チームとの連携（課題共有・改善提案）
  • ケース管理およびナレッジ蓄積への貢献

The Successful Applicant

A successful Presales should have:

  • ITサポートまたは類似業務の経験
  • ネットワークやOSに関する基礎知識
  • トラブルシューティングおよび問題解決の経験
  • 顧客対応の経験
  • 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（実務レベル）
