Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end backend development for large-scale web systems, including architecture design, implementation, testing, and release.
  • Drive technical decisions and project execution while managing priorities, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and stability, especially under high-traffic conditions, with continuous optimization.
  • Oversee operations such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling inquiries to maintain reliable production services.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, with strong expertise in designing architecture for high-traffic web systems and making sound technical decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead scalable and maintainable system design while guiding long-term service growth and feature integration.
  • Solid hands-on experience in Java/Spring Boot development, REST API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps tools (CI/CD, containers).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and effective communication in English within global teams.
