As an SRE in Tokyo, you will help maintain reliable technology services for a Technology & Telecoms organisation. You will work within the Technology department to improve service stability and support the day-to-day operation of systems.

About Our Client

The organisation operates in the Technology & Telecoms industry in Tokyo.

Job Description

  • Monitor system performance and availability to help maintain dependable services.
  • Investigate service issues and work to restore normal operation in a timely manner.
  • Improve the reliability of systems through practical operational improvements.
  • Maintain clear operational documentation to support consistent service management.
  • Review system behaviour and identify areas for improved stability and performance.
  • Work with Technology colleagues to address operational needs and service issues.
  • Help manage incident response activities and record actions for future reference.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in design and operations within SRE, infrastructure, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in working with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.
