Job Description

  • Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and release of large-scale backend services and web applications.
  • Drive technical decision-making, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features while balancing business priorities and technical requirements.
  • Monitor production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide operational support to maintain service reliability and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Technical Lead experience with expertise in designing and leading high-traffic web systems and distributed architectures.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, relational databases, and CI/CD practices.
  • Proven experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud-native development principles.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to lead teams, solve complex technical challenges, and drive projects to successful delivery.
