Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance server-side applications using Java and the Spring Framework, including batch processing solutions.
  • Design scalable system architectures, database schemas, and asynchronous processing workflows using technologies such as Kafka, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment, contributing to code reviews, CI/CD improvements, Kubernetes-based deployments, and continuous process enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and operating server-side applications using Java, with strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Batch.
  • Proven expertise in designing scalable systems, database schemas (RDBMS/NoSQL), and asynchronous processing using Kafka.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes-based CI/CD environments, version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), and collaborative software development practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile, multicultural environments and communicate confidently in business-level English.
