Job Description

  • Lead the design and development of distributed communication platform services.
  • Drive architecture decisions and contribute to system scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Design, develop, migrate, test, and maintain back-end services and related applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer-centric solutions.
  • Improve software quality through test automation and continuous integration practices.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development approaches to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural designs.
  • Support the operation and continuous improvement of mission-critical production systems.



The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java development.
  • Experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies, including BDD concepts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the email, messaging, or communication technology domain.
  • Front-end development experience using React, Angular, JavaScript, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience across full-stack development environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Experience working in cloud-native environments.
