Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and operation of large-scale backend systems supporting high-traffic e-commerce services.
  • Drive technical decisions, architecture design, and project delivery while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Support production operations, troubleshoot issues, monitor services, and continuously improve platform reliability and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience, including architecture design and technical decision-making for high-traffic web systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot development experience, with strong expertise in REST API design and backend engineering.
  • Experience with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams.
