About Our Client

A company operating in the Technology & Telecoms industry, located in Tokyo.

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce applications.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and driving solution architecture decisions.

Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring platform performance, security, and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decision-making.
  • Business-level Japanese communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in cross-functional, international project environments.
