Job Description

  • Lead the execution of total rewards strategy including compensation, incentives, benefits, and retirement programmes
  • Oversee equity compensation operations (including RSUs), covering administration, tax processes, and employee communication
  • Ensure governance and compliance across payroll and rewards processes, including alignment with global standards
  • Drive HR operations excellence across payroll, HRIS, people analytics, and generalist functions
  • Manage and develop a small HR team across multiple disciplines
  • Act as a key partner to HR leadership to localise and implement global HR strategy
  • Improve processes, systems, and employee experience within HR operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, or broader HR leadership roles
  • Familiarity with equity compensation and governance frameworks is highly desirable
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring HR teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed, global organisation
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English preferred
