Job Description

  • Drive QA activities across the software development lifecycle, including test planning, test analysis, execution, reporting, and release validation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks and automated test suites.
  • Ensure product quality and help prevent production incidents through comprehensive functional and non-functional testing.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed engineering and product teams through online reviews and technical discussions.
  • Validate microservices-based applications and integrated platform components.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, quality standards, and automation coverage.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in functional and non-functional testing of web applications.
  • 3+ years of experience testing microservices architectures.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, including automation framework design.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Business level English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 800+).



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or Event Hubs.
  • Knowledge of gRPC and GraphQL.
  • Experience working with databases and infrastructure technologies including MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Cucumber.
  • Development experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience managing testing activities throughout the full testing lifecycle from requirements analysis to final sign-off.
  • ISTQB or other relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools such as Gatling, Grafana, or Kafka-related performance validation.
