Job Description

  • Coordinate global rollout activities across international markets.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and serve as the main bridge between global and regional teams.
  • Lead rollout meetings, status updates, and escalation management.
  • Support annual planning, budget/cost tracking, and production-related documentation.
  • Create and maintain operational processes, guidelines, on boarding materials, and reporting dashboards.
  • Oversee trackers, schedules, and workflows using Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Tableau.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, Rollout Management,
  • Experience working with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable managing several work streams simultaneously.
  • Experience creating documentation, SOPs, manuals, and process improvements.
  • Basic budget, cost tracking, and contract administration knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence.
