About Our Client

Our client is a leading global technology company operating a large-scale IT infrastructure that supports millions of users and diverse digital services. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional infrastructure initiatives, drive stakeholder alignment, and enhance the overall customer experience across internal technology teams.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT infrastructure projects from planning through successful delivery.
  • Develop project charters, schedules, timelines, milestones, and execution plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and dependencies while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Partner with engineering teams, product owners, and service owners to improve infrastructure services and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze customer feedback and project data to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced user experience.
  • Define project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing through project closeout and lessons learned activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, technology, or cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating diverse stakeholders and driving successful delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure projects or cloud technologies is highly desirable.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
