Job Description

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain a high performance algorithmic trading platform used across global markets.
  • Deliver new features, bug fixes, and system improvements while participating in design, development, testing, and technical analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with quantitative, business, and technology teams to bring new trading strategies to market.
  • Support mission critical front-office applications and contribute to system upgrades, automation, and platform evolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience developing algorithmic trading systems, ideally within equity markets.
  • Strong Java development skills with a track record of building high-performance applications.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and modern software development practices.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
