Job Description

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Microsoft technologies.
  • Extract, process, and manipulate large volumes of business and investment-related data.
  • Design scalable workflows to support high-volume operational processes.
  • Build reporting and notification solutions through email, Microsoft Teams, and related platforms.
  • Integrate systems and data sources using APIs and automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support workflow optimisation initiatives across ongoing transformation projects.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered automation technologies.
  • Create solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Pandas.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
  • Solid SQL and data manipulation expertise, including Pandas.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel functionality.
  • Background in automation engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and complex business processes.
  • Interest in AI-driven automation and emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to financial services, asset management, investment banking, trading, or capital markets environments is highly preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Japanese language ability is welcome but not required.
