Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, migration, and testing of communication platform services supporting campaign management, personalisation, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Build and maintain scalable distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, availability, and operational excellence.
  • Enhance software quality through automated testing, AI-assisted development practices, and peer code reviews.
  • Document software architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical platform capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Java.
  • Demonstrates hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modern CI/CD environments.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead design activities in complex technical environments.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders and takes ownership of delivering high-quality software solutions.
