Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications and microservices.
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance solutions.
  • Drive architecture, code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development of innovative digital products, including AI-powered and multi-platform solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and scalable microservices architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex B2B2C or multi-tenant platforms with a focus on security, resilience, and performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile development environments.
