Job Description



HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide operational support.
  • Coordinate with shared service functions covering payroll, benefits administration, and employment-related processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Support HR communications and workflow management activities.



HR Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Review and optimise HR operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and support reporting requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
  • Contribute to enhanced employee experience through improved systems and service delivery.



Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with local HR colleagues and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams.
  • Work effectively with corporate shared service functions.
  • Support cross-functional HR projects and transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
  • Experience with data management, HR reporting, or analytics activities.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Business-level Japanese and English language capability.
  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is highly desirable.
