Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, converting business requirements into technical solutions across the full development lifecycle
  • Implement high-quality code using Java or Python, with strong focus on system design, testing, code review, and performance optimization
  • Manage deployments, CI/CD processes, and production monitoring while collaborating closely with DevOps and cross-functional teams
  • Continuously improve systems by leveraging modern technologies, data platforms, and automation while contributing to agile, global project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Java or Python and full-stack development
  • Solid experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices including CI/CD and deployment automation
  • Proven ability to design scalable systems, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver in Agile environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset and effective collaboration across cross-functional and global teams
