  1. As the leader of a global development organization, you will be responsible for making cross-functional decisions spanning technology, organization, and business.
  2. You will have the opportunity to define and drive mid- to long-term technology strategy, leading technology investments and organizational development that directly contribute to business growth.
  3. Beyond engineering, you will gain experience in organizational leadership by working closely with executive management and business strategy teams.
