Job Description

  • Develop and execute data quality test strategies, test cases, and validation processes for data pipelines, ETL workflows, and reporting systems.
  • Perform data reconciliation, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define data quality standards and validation requirements.
  • Build and maintain automated data validation frameworks while contributing to continuous improvements in data governance and quality monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Testing, ETL Testing, Business Intelligence QA, or related roles.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience validating large datasets and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Experience working with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
