Job Description

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI and Network API initiatives for international roaming products and services.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and feature specifications for AI-powered solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to improve customer experience, network performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through launch and optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure business impact, customer satisfaction, and product success.
  • Present product strategy and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Support and mentor product management professionals within the team.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles for complex digital, data-driven, or AI-enabled products.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications, roaming services, Network APIs, or related technologies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product strategies and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Business-level English communication skills.



Preferred:

  • Experience working with international telecommunications operators or partners.
  • Experience leading or mentoring product management teams.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and Network APIs.
