Job Description

  • Design, develop, and execute automated performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using industry-leading performance testing tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and infrastructure teams to identify performance risks and ensure release readiness.
  • Analyze system bottlenecks, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide recommendations to improve application stability and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve test frameworks, automation practices, monitoring capabilities, and performance testing strategies across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, Performance Testing, or Quality Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, LoadRunner, or k6, along with strong API and automation testing knowledge.
  • Experience testing large-scale web applications, distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
