Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and automated test cases using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
  • Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-powered web applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve release quality.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive continuous improvements in QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in software QA with strong hands-on expertise in test automation framework development using Python, Selenium, and Playwright, along with experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams; business-level English and conversational Japanese communication skills required.
