Job Description

  • Provide technical support for applications to ensure their smooth operation.

  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
  • Support deployment and configuration processes for new or updated applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding application issues and updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Application Support should have:
