Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of ADAS development projects, including planning, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide technical leadership for ADAS and embedded software development, supporting architecture reviews, design decisions, and technical problem-solving.
  • Coordinate global engineering teams and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, project governance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee development lifecycle activities from requirements analysis through validation, ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards and project KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive software or systems development, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager role.
  • Strong technical expertise in ADAS, embedded software development, C++, automotive platforms, system architecture, and software integration.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale automotive projects and working directly with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
  • Fluent English communication skills with the ability to lead customer meetings, technical discussions, and globally distributed engineering teams.
