Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using modern technologies and cloud-native practices.
  • Manage deployments, monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability through DevOps/SRE best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to drive technical excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of software development experience with a strong background in designing and building scalable backend systems and microservices.
  • Hands-on expertise with Java, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based distributed systems in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, DevOps/SRE practices, CI/CD, and application reliability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and mentor junior engineers.
