  • 組織のITセキュリティ戦略の計画、実施、維持。
  • セキュリティリスクの特定と軽減策の提案。
  • セキュリティポリシーや手順の開発と更新。
  • システムやネットワークのセキュリティ評価および監視。
  • セキュリティインシデントの調査と対応。
  • 最新のセキュリティ技術や業界動向の追跡と適用。
  • 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携によるセキュリティ啓発活動。
  • 監査やコンプライアンス要件への対応。

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Security Manager should have:

  • ITセキュリティに関する深い知識と実務経験。
  • セキュリティポリシーやリスク管理の経験。
  • ネットワークやシステムセキュリティの技術的スキル。
  • セキュリティ認定資格（CISSP、CISMなど）があれば尚可。
  • 問題解決能力と分析力。
  • チームやプロジェクトをリードする能力。
  • 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力。
