Job Description

  • 中期事業計画・年度予算の策定、予実分析と改善提案
  • 月次KPI・損益分析、経営層への報告と戦略的意思決定支援
  • 管理会計システム運用・改善、財務・業務プロセスの設計と最適化
  • 経営レベルの課題解決プロジェクトのリード

The Successful Applicant

  • 経営企画または戦略コンサル経験3年以上、財務・会計知識を活かした分析力と戦略立案力
